Hello, Suzannah B. Troy.
I read your blog from time to time-- I understand the level of corrupt tactics the NYPD and Dr. Fagelman have engaged in are appalling.
Thought you may want to know-- Dr. Fagelman has had some involvement with a female who is mentally ill, and as she went to file a police report for assault, he did just about the same thing he did to you. What a shame. This Fagelman never learns.
Supposedly, now, she filed a complaint with the ADA section of the DOJ, claiming mental health discrimination by the NYPD when she attemped to file a report. Apparently, Dr. Fagelman got the cops to say she's mentally ill, that her assault claim has no value because she's mentally disturbed.
Apparently, the FBI also investigates this kind of thing-- mental health discrimination by government agencies. I think they also got a tip as to what's going on.
What a shame, this Fagelman never learns. Shame to hear he's been the cause for your insomnia.

It took five years half a decade to finally get a copy with Health from me and remember Internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell the first person to make me aware i'll let her threatening me existed but she said case closed and she missed lead me to believe Det. Dwyer's name was spelled DRIER!

The letter threatening me with a second false cross-complaint send the link above it took me half a decade to get my hands on it and no investigators asked the perpetrator how she got my name because to do so she had to violate my patient rights yet again and I believe that she possibly still a note I wrote my doctor.
The NYPD joined in breaking laws committing crimes in plain sight and they were protected at the highest level under Michael Bloomberg, under de Blasio and I have no reason to believe that Eric Adams will be any different especially rehiring Chief Banks....
I still have concerns about Joan Illuzzi who acted like she was love sick in love with Cy Vance, Jeffrey Epstein's enabler.... that she sent a mentally handicap man to jail for Etan Patz's murder when the real monster was already behind bars.... Joan showed me she is a corrupt unethical ADA and how convenient to prosecute the supposed killer of Etan with NYPD Ray Kelly's NYPD were finally being caught raping victims -- unlike the many victims that had no chance of reporting NYPD sex predators....?

I know first hand the misogyny of the NYPD and how they erase SEXUAL Assaults. Mr. Harrison probably knows my name as he, NYPD Chief Pulaski, Chief Boyce, Chief O'Neill and Dermot Shea joined Ray Kelly, Bratton, O'Neill, Shea on going to obstruct Justice protect NYPD crimes fixing and FAVORS for one of the NYPD's doctors as well as retaliation....

It took me half a decade to get a copy of a letter threatening me with a 2nd false cross complaint....to the attention of NYPD Det Andrew Dwyer. Lt Angelo Burgos signed off on the paper work all with the goal to erase crimes even refusing to meet with me because they were OPENLY breaking laws....
